Procurement

Freemantle Stock Feeds P/L support local and regional farmers and producers through the purchasing of raw materials for our manufacturing processes.  The business owner Graeme Freemantle is responsible for the purchasing of all grains and hay products.  Procurement prices are dependent upon the individual quality of the commodity and the commodity market indicators.  Prices may change on a daily basis.  All enquiry’s related to procurement should be directed to Graeme Freemantle.  Please see our CONTACT PAGE page for further details.

ELIGIBILITY

All potential vendors must have an ABN number.  Samples of the product should be delivered to the office of Freemantle Stock Feeds in ZIP LOCK BAGS of not less than 2KG WEIGHT.  Samples must be accompanied by a VENDORS DECLARATION with the vendors name, address, phone number and date of sample.

PURCHASING AGREEMENTS

Purchasing Agreements have been introduced to formalise the payment process to farmers and producers for their commodities.  The agreement confirms the agreed price of purchase and payment schedule.  Payments will only commence following the receipt of an invoice from the producer for the goods received.

PAYMENT SCHEDULES

Payments will be made against Purchasing Agreements agreed terms.  Payments will only commence following the receipt of an invoice from the producer for the goods received.   Payments will only be made by Direct Debit into bank accounts nominated by suppliers.
